Alessandro Cameroni

I was born in a small town near Lugano, and during my university studies, I dreamed of becoming a diplomat to contribute to a fairer world. Although this dream has not (yet) come true, my career has allowed me to travel and experience diplomacy in a different context: that of energy.

Power Grids

For eight years, I served as the spokesperson and communication manager for Swissgrid in Ticino. I traveled extensively across Switzerland, contributing to the success of strategically important projects for the country. Throughout my extensive experience, I particularly focused on crisis communication, the development and implementation of the visitor center in Ticino, and stakeholder management.

My professional journey then continued in the Canton of Solothurn, where I lead the Marketing and Sales department at an engineering office.

The world of communications

After starting my career as an online editor at RSI, I had the opportunity to collaborate with the renowned agency Armando Testa at the Digital Hub in Zurich.

Coaching

My diploma as a consultant coach has brought me closer to the topic of personal growth. I firmly believe that enhancing people’s potential by promoting autonomy, trust, and awareness is the key to creating successful work environments.

Hobbies

Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about music and sports. For several years, I played unihockey and played the trumpet with Collina d’Oro Musica. I have also been involved in humanitarian projects in Guinea-Bissau.

This is the journey I have undertaken so far. I offer professional consulting in Italian, German, French, and English.
